Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello is an American actress from the United States. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were just a few of her roles in films. Bello has appeared on television in roles such as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997), Payback (1999) as well as CoyoteUgly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) and Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on 18 April, 1967 in Norristown in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Kathy who was a school nurse and teacher, and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a poor, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In political science Bello was a student in political science at Villanova University. After graduating, Bello honed her acting skills through a variety of New York theater productions. Bello has one son named Jackson with her former boyfriend Dan McDermott. In November 2013, Bello wrote about her former partner Clare Munn's same-sex relationship. The book she wrote was titled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Questioning All the Labels That We Give Ourselves. (Dey Street Books. April 28 and 29, 2015).
